My Story
Hello and thanks for taking a minute to read my story. Currently, I manage a 9-hole links style golf course in Norland, ON and I absolutely love my job. However, golf season in Ontario only lasts from May to November. Once golf season wraps up, I head south to Florida for the winter months. And this is another reason I love Scentsy. While I am away, I can continue to sell Scentsy through my website and by reaching out and sharing Scentsy with my customers. This means I can earn a small, supplemental income while enjoying the warmth of Florida winters.
But here is where my Scentsy story began:
About 11 years ago, my sister-in-law gave me the Fizz warmer and wax for my birthday. I loved the beautiful glow/shadows the warmer cast on my walls and the way the wax made my house smell. But my obsession with Scentsy began when my daughter-in-law/sponsor, Amber King, decided she loved my Fizz warmer too and wanted to share these amazing products with everyone she knew. When Amber signed up as a Scentsy consultant, I immediately became her first and best customer. My one warmer turned into one warmer for every room in the house (and a diffuser), the boat, the trailer, the bunkie. And warmers for Christmas and birthday gifts too. My wax collection could support a small store and I tried my best to generate new customers for her. Through the years, Amber had suggested I become a consultant and generate my own sales/customers, as well as earning some extra income to help support my wax habit. I kept declining, not sure I would be able to be successful but she reminded me again - you aren't selling, you are simply sharing your love for Scentsy with people. The products sell themselves. So I did it, took a small leap and joined the Scentsy family. I am now part of an amazing group and I am loving my Scentsy life.
